Something similar for the UK scoring scheme would be nice too, there are a lot of UK dogs on the database.

I would like to see an option for health screening results... ie DM testing, Cardiac certification, CERF etc

For UK health test results, this is the link. http://www.the-kennel-club.org.uk/services/public/mateselect/test/Default.aspx
Hip scores are expressed as a figure for each hip that is then added together. There is also a link for calculating the inbreeding coeffient which would be another handy tool if it is not too difficult.

but there are others labs that do testing and no all inclusive database. and different countries have different databases....
maybe just a line similar to titles, where the owner can fill in a list?
maybe a text box similar to the titles box would work the best?
