I've used the equine/bovine 1% solution in brand names of Promectin and Noromectin.

I think the sheep ivermectin is a different solution percentage...

If yes
I would not buy this

find Ivermectin in the brown carton by Ivemec

the bottle ought to say   1% Ivemec on it with no other ingredients...I believe this may have other ingredients
I googled it

I wouldnt use it

find the real Ivemec

One of the  makers names is   DURET   and also   Noromectin  the injectible  not a Drench or a wash...it must say injectable   but you do not inject it..YOU give ORALLY...

with nothing else in it/  Now some people do put a solution with it for digestion
I do not

I pull up in syrnge and remove the needle, put in back of side of mouth of dog,,,they swallow and I immed hand them a piece of raw meat or cheese...real cheddar not plastic KRAFT ...lol

Hi ,It does not say anything about mixed with other stuff or for equine .But it says for sheep use . I will try to find Ivemec . I was trying to find in liquid form since it might be easy to measure and use oraly  . Do you have any suggestion place ?.

Take care, any ivermectin products contain macrocyclic lactones and some dogs have an intolerance to these, especially many collie/shepherd breeds.  You can DNA test for MDR1 sensitivity.  This was found when shepherds were dosing their dogs at the same time as doing the sheep.

Euro you can get it at Jeffers Pets, Revival, I think Foster and Smith, Valley Vet , Tractor Supply and Amazon--those are the ones I know just right off hand. And what Yellow Rose said to find the right one. I think it might even say 1% injectable pour on. But as she said you give it in a little syringe just in their mouth and follow up with a chewey something. Cheese, Meat, Bil Jac...........

 Ivemec injection  only

NO POUR ON

POUR ON IS A SOLUTION , which usually has other in it  beside just for injection.

Yes, Doppelganger is definately correct.

I use it only on my german shepherds

Not on my american cocker spaniels..I use heartguard or the other one my vet supplies me.

I have used Ivemec Injectable for over 20 yrs. but I use it sparingly and to my own measuring as it stays in the body for a long duration.

Each person should ask their vet..but if your vet is not confident in your knowledge and usage and your reputation , he or she may not offer you that info and suggest not  using it.
