I know for a breed survey, one of the requirements is a show card with the rating G or better. What I'm wondering is, does it matter under which organization the rating was earned, so long as it is an SV judge? Can I do a USA breed survey with a WDA show card? Or what about a show card from another country (again, assuming it was awarded by an SV judge)?

I think you would be fine as long as your show rating is earned under a SV judge. That is my understanding of the rules.
