I have been learning about czech bloodlines all these while and can't help noticing Cordon An-Sat being so popular among PS lines. Could anyone explain why cordon an-sat is so special and what are some of his best traits and characteristics that influence today's czech GSDs?

I recently met a guy that has a 3yr dog and he provided me his pedigree. I saw this dog in it and he caught my eye. Hope more people respond to this thread.

My dog is linebred 2-4 on Cordon. My dog is an awesome Police K-9 and an even better sport dog. Cordon produced some really excellent sport and police dogs that continue to produce excellent dogs.
