I just heard that Jim Lempner died in Chicago of a massive heart attack, en route to the airport. Wow. I don't know anything else, though.

RIP Jim Lempner

He was a great man and competitor.

According to what I have read on the various boards, he was flying home from the WDC in Iowa, he suffered a heart attack, they took him off the plane in Chicago.  He had surgery but remained in critical condition.  He died yesterday.

Wow. He was such a FIXTURE in Northern CA. He helped me with OB issues on a couple occasions.

Tragic.  I had heard that he passed away, but had no idea it was enroute back from the WDC.  Prayers to his family.

Jim was a good man, good friend, good client.   Sad news to hear.  I always enjoyed watching him work his dog.

Most sincere of condolences to his friends and family...it is always so sad to hear of any death but I know this one hits home to those in Northern Cali pretty hard I know my friends over at Way out West and Kreative are grieving. My prayers are with his family during this hard time.
