I am not going to critque him on conformation, as I am sure the more experienced will do that. However I will give my opinion and say I think he has beautiful pigment and surely is a looker.

Thank you for your compliment. He is crooked in this pose, but I tired of waiting for someone to assist in attaining a stacked shot.
Principal occupation is companion and home protection and he excels at both. I had the privilege of working him and a couple of my females last spring with the retired head K9 trainer of the NYCPD, he absolutely loved this male.

Beautiful boy, no doubt. Picture and his stack do not allow me to critique. I like this type of dog and wish I could see all his details.

3shep2,
I understand what you mean about getting help to take decent pictures. I am so happy for you that you have a great companion, and I believe that for most GSDs, the protector part comes naturally.
Its great that you had the opportunity to work him with NYCPD. That should give you a sense of confidence in your boy. It appears as has a really nice masculine head. Very intimidating. Good Luck with him and enjoy him.

He looks good
I'd rather not say more then that about him - a crooked photo could get you a "crooked " critique....
Sounds like an interesting combo of bloodlines what's his pedigree?

He is sired by Quadar Der Blaken-Schvitzen, a large Bi Color; out of Kiona Vom Glucklich, a Black & Tan Saddleback. No close up well knowns.
RutavehausKFK
The K-9 trainer retired from the NYCPD and relocated to this state to train LE & SAR canines; also does one on one with private citizens-I had hoped to get back into SAR.
Will try for a stacked photo at a future date. Thanks for your input.
