Hi,
I currently have a 7 month old Shepherd and I was wondering whether he has any show quality. I got him when he was 8 weeks and he is the perfect dog! He loves to be challenged and put to any test so I know I could teach him whatever he needed to do, but I'm not sure if his appearance is show quality. I know very little, other than what I have read and would love to hear your opinion! Thanks!!

I don't really know much about showing, but if you say he likes to be challenged, maybe look into some sport? Schutzhund/Agility etc....
Have fun with him! He is a handsome little dude!

Good heavens - those ears, never seen any so large but he will grow and then they will fit him better! Regarding showing - he needs to grow a showcoat - look at photos of winners. He is shapely but not posed perfectly. Movement comes into showing andI cannot see that. - so I am opting out. He could make showing when older but so many items need to develop first, not least, his training! Meantime, enjoy him!

VERY NICE GUY, BUT AS FAR AS SHOW QUALITY I DON'T THINK SO.
