I have a 17 month old female GSD. She weighs a very nice lean 76 pounds> when can I expect her to stop really growing. I don't want her any bigger.
She has great drive and is very intelligent. Can I still have some Shutzhund fun with her. She already has off leash training, even in large busy areas.
When will she stop changing colors? She has lots of red coming in.......I'm hoping to see more.

around 3 years old....on both color and growing development...she may not get taller but she will put on muscle...

It has taken my male 7 yrs to fully grow into himself and put on the weight I have been looking for.
He has great movement with no indication of any weakness in his rear end unlike some GSD's. I got him tested for CDM in the states and they said he was positive so I never used him. Now at 7 he is the soundest

CONIE, WHY DID IT TAKE SEVEN YEARS FOR HIM TO 'GROW INTO' HIMSELF? THAT SEEMS LIKE AN AWFULLY LONG TIME TO ME.
