Can this dog walk? Never seen one quite like that....

I'm also curious about the dog's ability to move/walk. I assume he's having major issues, which is why the films were taken in the first place? Those hips are very scarey.

I had a friend that owned a lab they got from a puppy mill in Iowa.
They were thinking of breeding her, so they found a stud that had a hip rating and bred her.
They had 6 beautiful pups that all found good homes.
After that litter they decided to get her hips x-rayed, I mean how bad could they be they thought,
she could jump over a 4 foot gate no problem.
While, they did the x-ray and their were no hip sockets, kinda like this, the vet said the muscle was the only thing holding the legs up, and because they weren't rubbing against any bones she wasn't in any pain.
The vet said to just keep the muscles strong
She lived into her teens,no problems or operations.
Never know what you have in there till you do an x-ray!
