Yes Linedancer that information looks to be correct as I have seen a catalogue, not a good entry overall either.
Wonder whats next for this ONCE very highly thought of breed club.

At least they know they are in a minority though - this is from their June 2010 newsletter.....

MEMBERS OF THIS CLUB ARE IN A MINORITY IN THE UK WHO SHARE THE SAME
GOALS.
WE SHOULD ALL BE UNITED REGARDING OUR BREED.

And on the subject of whether to drop the name Alsatian - same newsletter.....

In view of the reasoning behind this clubs formation any members vote not received by 15th of August
will be counted as a No it should not.
When votes have been counted a response will be submitted to the Kennel Club!

Very democratic!

Frankly Hutch, they have so few actual members any more that it wouldn't matter anyway.

The Committee say and do whatever they want - have done for years and they take very little (if any) notice of what the members think/want/say.

The puppet-master (chairman) has his little team of helpers on Committee and as he pulls the strings, they react.  The Club is a joke as are all those holding positions on the Committee ..... and if you dare to have a temerity to make a suggestion in a meeting that isn't approved of by said puppet-master, you will soon be out on your ear.

Before the last AGM the chairman had his cronies ringing round the country to see who was still a member and who was likely to be attending the meeting.  Why?  So that he could make sure he had enough of "his people" there to make sure that any vote likely to go against him would be defeated.  I understand that there were people there who hadn't attended meetings for years and who, to my knowledge hadn't paid their membership for years either.  But when you  have the Secretary and the rest of the Committee in your pocket, you can get away with anything.

This minority breed club will very soon be EXTINCT, I am very pleased to say.

Will be very very interesting to see what happens at this years AGM at the end of this month after last years appalling fiasco.
The club may be a thing of the past very soon, the type of dog, absolutely not.
