Looks like it to me, I'm expert though. Kinda looks like it around the ears.

Yup. 100% long coat.
Tufts off the ears and the hair "falling down" from the back added to the hair on the underside and off the sides.
Long coated dog all day long. No doubt at all.

Weeeeellll, he has no feathering on the back of his legs, or toe tufts that I can see. He is definitely longer than normal though.
What an absolutely gorgeous dog!

First impression is...I think so, but not 100% certain. Being black makes it a little more difficult to tell how much feathering exists. Gorgeous dog no matter what.

I love my dog long or normal coat, but asking cause is not exacly long hair just longer from normal.
