About 3-4 years ago I posted about my young GSD tearing all her toys apart (way over a dozen in the end) and was looking for a tough toy that would last. Someone here referred me to a toy that has a squeaker in it, is camo color (the one I got was camo anyway) and has very tough "strings" hanging from it, for lack of a better term. I was able to find and order one on ebay, she loves it, and it still has not been destroyed! I was very impressed. Well, I am now in the process of buying an American Bulldog pup that I know is going to require a toy every bit as tough. Problem is, I can't remember the name of the toy. I think it had "tough" or "tuff" in the name, but wouldn't swear to it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Yesterday my dogs stole a sack of potatos and they have been having a blast with them. LOL
Orbe balls are lots of fun.

Is it the "Tuffies dog toys"?

Sitasmom, I learned from this forum that raw potatoes are toxic to dogs.
seaecho, one of my dogs has jaws that go through anything. I bought him a jolly ball....the one with the holes in it and another ball inside. That is his favorite toy and it took him months before he cracked it!

Mine eat the jolly balls in no time. The biggest black kong is about the only thing they haven't destroyed.... Training tugs are different, but they aren't toys.

they didn't eat them, just played keep away for a couple of hours. they acted like a bunch of 6 year old kids that knew they were doing wrong, but just couldn't help themselves. once they were done playing, i picked them up and threw them away. i should have recorded them at play...... but i was laughing too hard.

Don,
I have tried using the bowling ball as a toy, but after the 1st day I discovered that he tore three holes in the ball. This is 1 tough dog.
