If you feel you have been scammed or bought a dog who did not live up to the contract, then you do have options.
One is to go to small claims court in your own locale.
Secondly, there are internet sites like ripoffreports.com where you can post your grievances.
and there is a third option, http://www.gsconsumerreports.org/
If people are silly enough to buy from unethical people they will end up with paying the "price". All I can say, as most ethical people here have said for a long time is DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
Also hopefully Mystere will post her excellent thread or a link to how to buy a dog again. It is very helpful for newbies and more experienced people alike.
