Hey guys - Page 1

Hey guys I'm new to this forum.  I'm in Houston, Tx.  I'm 25 years old, and currently applying for nursing school.  Hopefully I get accepted.  I have been around gsd all my life.  However, I only own 3.  2 of them were from germany.  My cousin brought them home when he was in the army.  He gave them to my aunt.  Then my aunt gave them to me when she was moving in with her daughter.  They were pretty old when they were given to me, so I've never actually been around a young gsd.  I do own one dog that is half gsd.  The police officer dog was pregnant.  He gave her to my uncle, and my uncle gave her to me.  
Well about a month ago, my cousin gave me his gsd.  She kept barking at home, and the neighbors complain.  He told me she was 15 months old, but I talk to him again during Christmas dinner.  He actually got her when she was 13 months old.  He still has the papers, but have to find them.  I did some research and found out about this dog.

She matches up with the age, and it says no progeny.  My dog doesn't have any puppies either.  Is there any way I could contact this guy to find out.  Sorry if I'm asking obvious questions.  I'm just new to this forum, so it will take me awhile to know how to work it.
I also don't know jack about all these pedigree stuff.  I never own a dog with papers before.  I have been lurking around this forum.  I read some threads that end up being a huge argument, which I hope this thread doesn't turn into.  I'm just hoping to have a good time here and learn more about german shepherds.

Thank you Ruger (Deanna), I hope somone would give me more info. 

I would check pup for a tat or chip that might give you a clue on the dog but just finding a pedigree is not going to get your dog papers.They also do dna most of them.
