Any thoughts/comments appreciated...I am a novice and I want to learn all that I can about my dog and training...I can see that there are no titled dogs for the first few generations...prior to that, there are a few? Country? Teach me!!!!

Getting feedback on this pedigree is going to be tough unless someone here knows the kennels that are in the first 3 or 4 generations. It looks like a mixed pedigree of working and show. The only dog I know in there is Olex de Valsory. Enjoy your dog.

Nice looking pup. She appears to be a mix of west german show and some Belgium, Netherlands woorking lines. Good luck with her!

felloffher,
Thank you for your input! I am trying to reseach the first few generations. My dog is not for breeding. I just want to know everything about her. Thanks for your time.

hello goodwink, it will probably be difficult to get much info on the first generations unless you know the actual breeders of these dogs. There are no breed surveys, titles or widely known dogs to base opinions on.

You will just have to get to work with her and find out firsthand what you can dig out genetically.

Looks to be a very attractive pup and the color/pigment is excellent.

Glad to see you decided to stick around.

Your dog is a mix of working/showlline. Each of his parents are a mix of working/show.
Generations back on the fathers side, you have a few DDR (East German workingline) dogs. He also has some showline in his pedigree( Jeck vom Noricum) which is West German.

On the mothers side you have some close linebreeding on Uran- west German Showline. ( I had a great dog from him).  Looks like her mother was showline, bred to a workingline (her father).
Yoshy is also in there, a well known, and well liked workingline.
By some of the names, possibly some American showlines too.  I'm just guessing  though.

Your pup is beautiful.  I love the bi coloured and she is a very nice looking one!  Congrats!

quite a bit of diversity in this ped.....tell,cara,beau,nessel were trialed and maintained in alabama....good solid stock, and as stated previously ther is also a mix of "german high line" and most likely some american stuff also.....yet the pup displays"classic working looks".....so the ped is kind of a "hodge-podge",but if the pup acts as good as she looks, then you're ahead of the game, since i prefer the working lines,it's not what i'd be looking for,but that is one good looking pup....good luck in your training
