Do you find CABDA only on the PDB pedigree of your dog or is it also on his registration papers?
The actual titles are those you find on the registration papers, sometimes what is on the PDB is wrong. Do ask the person you bought the dog from about it, if any one over here knew what CABDA is you'd have gotten an answer by now.

What country of origin is the pedigree? This will help to start narrowing choices down.

Some of the dogs from the Ben Harten kennel in Peru e.g. www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/pedigree/605592.html show this but further googles give nothing.

Columbian All Breed Dog Association?
Let's see if that comes up on Google....
Hmm...nope, their registry body is the Colombian Kennel Club Association (Asociacion Club Canino Colombiano)
