It took the Better Business Bureau to get the AKC registration form for the puppy after 4 months. The sire has no DNA number on file, which is supposed to be a requirement for foreign dogs.
We have relocated, so the DNA test for the pup to determine if he is purebred has not yet been done, but will be in the next month.
The pup remains thin, very gangly, long legs, extremely hyper, and has a soft, thin coat. He does not appear to be purebred.
As for the definition of slander and/or libel...it is relevant only to UNTRUTHS. The facts concering the Alpine K9 owners are FACTS available to the public via court records, licensing boards and the AKC. Debra Erlinger is the owner of the LLC, Alpine K9 and the listed litter owner of the pup. Theft and forgery are not little "dings" and losing a nursing license because of it is not little either. And while I have no doubt that many of the nasty people on this board have also committed such acts, not everyone has.
I saw NO evidence of any refund, that is all just a bunch of hot air and the people on here are nasty, viscious and obviously not capable of being objective, save for those few who sent me private messages lamenting the same problems they had with Alpine K9, but who are too afraid to make themselves known.
Many people have visited my home and have seen the dog. NOT ONE of them has complimented him. All have asked me what breed the dog is. One trainer & breeder (with over 30 years of experience with GSD's) would not even accept the dog into his program because the dog is so hyper and he told me it's a very poor example of a GSD.
I owned a PS dog previously and this crap about maturing late is a bunch of bull. I know what a true purebred PS dog is like.
Two thousand dollars is a lot to pay for a uselss dog.
