I'm happy to be able to share that my planned import has A1 hips and 0 elbows - scored under German (FCI) scheme.
However, I'm curious to know how these scores compare in the UK scoring system - I've discovered charts that seem to suggest A1 = less than 6 for hips? Obviously I'm overjoyed at this!
Also, how many of you would consider redoing these tests when your import had arrived? I'm planning to breed with my girl but wondered how much resistance I may come up against if she was not rescored under UK scheme?
All opinions welcome

I dont think you would come under any resistance in the uk asmost breeders do not get the hips/elbows done here with inports as the hip/elbow scoring schemes vary in each country but that is your choice if you want to re score under the bva scheme however good luck and enjoy her
