Hello to everyone I have done extensive research. My dog is lame and I am gonna get a second oppinnion on the mild hip displasia in left hip. I am praying that possibly the positioning may not be as perfect as possible.
Wendy emailed me and told me she is definately German and came from a man name Ed in Ohio. I have emailed every breeder I can find in OH to see if theknow of this Ed. I did get a very legitimate person . He emailed kindly to me and warned me I better pray this dog did not come from a man named Jerry Azi, who is conviceted of multifple felonies and his kennel was worse than a dump and knowingly bred a stud dog that threw dogs with terrible hips, He evidently is out of business. Yesturday I was called and told they couldnt find papers but would send the hip xrays to me in the mail. I just spent 500 bucks trying to conclude why my dog is lame on xrays and bloodwork. They also said the xrays came from a file with the name of Jerry Azi in OH on it, My father really is retired APD and was with me win we bought this dog from Terry Aston and we were assured she was German and that the scar on her head was from running under a car to catch a bad guy, They were lying to us the entire time. He explained his policies regarding the papers and xrays and we respected the rules of his business, He looked us straight in the eye shook our hands the whole con job, Jerry Azi in OH is a felon for impersonating a police officer and something about illegal bidding on state contracts and his place was an absolute dump and was truly a low life, I was not mislead by the the man in OH I was misled by the outfit in FL who is still in business and selling dogs for 15K now. They live high on the hog drive big caddy suv's and own a large custom motorcoach and all this are the facts I have managed to get and seen in FL with my own eyes. The vet looked and there is no tatoo so Im sure that my German dog whom they still claim is from Germany is not imported. She came from a bad man at a bad place. I dont know FL law but at minnimum I am contacting the BBB and the bar association to enquire if I have any recourse, My dog whom now they have given me two different birthdates on has 6 months left on a health warranty for her hips and the contract reads that they will replace the dog after two vet oppinions of my choice and I have to go to FL for their vet oppinion. Of course I want an animal who is gonna serve me longer than 6 yrs of age but I love her so much how could I let them put her down or worse yet try to resale her and just lie again when I love her as much as I do. If I find out this is a case worth taking on I will bc this is terrible what they did, If this constitutes as anything criminal like white collar crime fraud then that will be the burden of proof of the state to take on. Even all the haters should be outraged regarding this matter. I cant be the only victim as my dogs xrays if they are even hers we will see were in a file of dogs labeled from Jerry Azi. They are now selling them as CKC registered alot of them and the CKC honor system has even worse standards than AKC. It is all honor system. They admitted that the dog came to them with the scar on her head so even that was a lie. I may be screwed and I pray I am not. If I am screwed than at least I saved an animal and didnt breed her and she lives a wonderful life and I will keep her as comfortable as possible for the rest of her life. So one of these dogs from this place in OH made it out to a wonderful home full of love and will receive the best of care. These are the facts. Some of you may have heard about this Jerry Azi convicted felon.

If you dont think its your dogs x-rays have them done by your vet

I am so sorry to hear that you have been so badly mislead and taken advantage of. I hope this information about Florida K9 gets around. It is clear that you love your dog and it is wonderful that she is in your hands. I hate to think what her future may have been otherwise. I sure hope that someday justice will be served...

that I know that place used to be a franchise from National k9. that website looks like page after page of enormous red flags...huge ones!! what about their so called guarentee?? do you have a picture of the dog?? it seems oif the dog came from anyone reputable it would be chipped
