I have been looking for them and sharon thought that they were given to Chris. I will keep looking but havent had any luck. She was imported form Germany by a man in ohio named ed. That is where I bought her. I will keep looking.
Tell me that this email alone doesnt prove that she is acknowledging the dog is papered and now she is trying to push it off on some poor guy in OHIO named ED.. I have emailed every breeder listed in OHIO and luckily they have reached out sometimes not nice sometimes like you sucker but sometimes nice.. and if I get one email that helps me and have to read 10 not nice ones to get to the bottom of this than it will be worth it.
Chris was my exhusband.. and he never got anything from them he didnt care enough to even follow up I did it all.
That is another scape goat they are trying..
I tell you this take us to court and hook me up to the best lie detector people out there I will bet you my life I pass they fail! BTW if they made me sign their contract etc.. I think I would make someone sign you acknowledge you received the papers on this dog..
If they mailed something that important then they should mail it signed return receipt requested which they dont have either.. I wouldnt be so over them and they bs they dish out to me over and over again if I had what I was promised. Who in their right mind would keep this up for about 3 years with these people and put up with so much aggravation? Seriously, the people on this site have alot of passion and have no problem stating their mind.. I wish some of you would express some of that passion and overwhelm these people at Global K9 with questions etc about how they do business..

We'd be happy to if we had any idea what was going on except that you feel like a victim, over and over again.

"I have emailed every breeder listed in OHIO and luckily they have reached out sometimes not nice sometimes "
The email says, "She was imported form Germany by a man in ohio named ed. "
That does not mean Ed was a breeder. You could very well be wasting your time.
"Tell me that this email alone doesnt prove that she is acknowledging the dog is papered"
Not exactly. The email refers to "them".
But from what I gather, they have never disputed the fact the dog is papered. The issue is obtaining the papers is it not?
I am just confused. I read your last question about this and this one but I don't quite seem to follow. Aside from not getting the papers.

Is it possble your ex does have them? He does after all want to kill you so if he knows you want the papers I would assume he would not give them to you? Also, if I were to purchase a dog and the seller told me I had to wait 3 months for papers I would tell them then I will pay for the dog in 3 months! Why would you make payment in full without them? Sorry for all your going through but I would say you only have yourself to blame.

I used to live in a world where I beleived in people and I follow thru with my promises and I expected others to follow thru with theirs. At the time I got the dog most people I could find were just shipping a dog and a video. I wanted to meet the dog feel right about the connection with the dog and see the place in person because I thought I was less likely to have problems if I knew where the storefront was and met them.
I am just looking for some nice people who care about this industry squeak bc the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
Yes the dog looks off some days she is very stoic but some days she looks like she is trying to come up lame on me. Lately she appears ok again. I want her lineage because I always wanted it these people knew that.
No my ex doesnt have any papers on the dog bc I made sure I put him away. He is down for 20 yrs and he took nothing with him to the pokey.
I am proud that I put away a dangerous man. So between recovery, pressing charges, moving etc, I still managed to beg these people for her papers and her hip xrays. I am not looking to breed my dog. I just want what I paid for and is rightfully mine.
I didnt come here for any more abuse I have had enough of that. It seems there a few that always make alot look bad but I just dont want to be a part of something where people can be so mean. I am leaving the community but I hope that those of you who are good people and care about what is right continue to squeak for me and my dog.
Thank you!

You are not asking for anything unreasonable and you deserve to get what you paid for. Did you do a search here to find out who else is unhappy with Florida K9? That may be of some help. Florida K9 obviously has poor business ethics as there is no excuse for what they have done. I wish the very best. It is truly a shame that you have to deal with this and hopefully Florida K9 will come through for you.
The best,
Char

Firstly, I feel for your difficult situation. Then I ask you, if youi have had your dog this long and not needed the paperwork, for what reason do you want it now, except to prove that she is who she is, and that they have given you your rightful possessions. I agree you have paid mega for a dog with no paperwork.... however,
You wouldnt part with her if she was another dog would you? You wouldnt part with her if your paperwork doesnt come forward would you? Is there anything impeding your life with her to not have those papers after this long.?
If all the answers are No to the above questions, then [personally, after all of this time, I would draw a line under it, put it down to a very poor experience and get on with enjoying her.
Only lawyers win when courts get involved.
Good luck Mo.

I have been trying to get this paperwork and her hip xrays all along. I have never quit asking. I have no want to breed her. Your right I love her so much that I woudlnt trade her. I would throw myself in front of a bus for her. It is something I have always wanted and paid for. Lately she appears lame every now and again and I want her xrays for comparison studies.
It is sentimental to me I paid alot and I have joiined a GSD dog club and it makes me want them more. The other thing is that if there is one of me out there there are probably others. I have no children etc so if they are in a very shady business then I have the time not the money but the time to expose them in court. I am on ss disability from a spinal cord injury but I still have the heart to make them do right by me. For me, the dogs, and future owners. Im not sue happy.. I just want what is mine that is all. I have been on their case all this time for them and got nothing but lousy excuses.
I have tried to search bc I have recvd alot of emails that there are other victims on here but I dont know how to do it right I guess. Im not a computer techy and just now have tried to get help thru the internet. Ididnt even know there were forums or pedigree listings. When I bought her i had to choose from people wanting to mail a dog in a crate and a video and I wanted to meet them and be hands on. I was crystal clear about these papers and they are experts at giving me the run around all this time. I followed their rules bc they said someone returned a dog without the papers and I didnt know better.
Thank you for your kind reply.
Any help with how to do this would be greatful
Thank you!

Yes, I see your problem. You want the papers because they are owed to you and its niggling you, the more you do with your dog, the more you see of others that had a good deal.
Then I think if you arent settled to not having them, go down the route of a formal letter requesting a copy of them if the breeder feels they have been "mislaid". Offer to pay the nominal fee for the paperwork, and contact the SV with whatever I.D. of the dog you have and all dates or your purchase, her shipment etc., . Also, send a short and concise letter to them outlining your problems with this paperwork, and the breeder concerned, and see if they can throw any light on the paperwork.
The SV wont get involved in arguements between breeder/buyer - but you are just asking for them to help locate the paperwork for this dog, hopefully with a microchip or a tattoo they may be able to throw enough light on the situation for you to get duplices.. Give them the date of your purchase, and the age she was then, and they can possibly, for a fee, look up the litter regitration for you. You will then be able to start with a date of birth
Its going to be a haul of a job, but if you are this needy to get them, then good luck, go for it, but still keep lawyers out of it, because I feel that its a bad trade, not a crime, and lawyers will still take your money even if you lose.
