Looks like she has some demodex(thats what causes the hair loss) around her eyes.  Should resolve as her immune system catches up!

She appears pretty tall . How large is the man standing next to her ? She has a pretty face.
@ Vicky- I nearly thought that was just sabling around the eyes, but looking agian I think your right , the hair does appear to be missing. Good eyes.

true, But this is not due to some disease, Actually there's a griled window in our home that opens in garage, distance among iron rods is 4 inches, Whenever i am back home she tries to pass through the grill but her head always stuck in rods, when she forcefully tries to release her that rashes her eyes/muzzle that cause hair loss. I am really worried and planning to change grill.
There's another problem i faced today, I take her to a nearby park for exercise as i don't have a lawn in our home. I never knew that she got too many ticks in a week ( She was frontlined one and half month before) All those ticks were on her left ear, she tried to scratch her ear with wall today, when i came home i was shocked to see her that her ear was red and hair were removed due to scratching and there was some bleeding, i applied some pyodine on it... I did contact the vet and he says to frontline her coz she may drop her ear, but he also said you should've not applied pyodine if you want to frontline, i am really worried now. I haven't fronlined her i am planning to do it tomorrow. I have frontline spray i will spray her full body but can i also spray inside the ear coz there are many ticks inside her ear, i plucked 5-6 and whenever i pluck a tick that causes some bleeding.
Also suggest shall i take her to park now(grass is large and she roll a lot)? coz there is no other place where i can take her for exercise/games.

I don't care what you say....9 years of being in veterinary medicine.....that is Demodex around her eyes and even on her muzzle, i have seen it a thousand times so you can't fool me with that story!

@Vickie, First of all IF you were a show judge then i would make stories to defend my dog, why would make a story for you?
Secondly, i never knew what Demodex is, after your post i have been reading about Demodex and after reading a lot about it i was really worried for her. I took her to the best doctor in our city he's too expensive but i thought he'd make correct judgement, After my lot of questions about Demodex he refused to accept that she has this disease.
He gave me some liquids to apply on her skin and bathing. You might have made judgement according to your understanding i am not saying that you're wrong but thanks GOD she doesn't have Demodex.
But thanks to you coz i have read a lot lot about this disease in couple of days, it was a knowledge.

LOL, obviously if the vet gave you something to treat the places that show hair loss then there is SOMETHING there that needs treated!  Demodex isn't a disease either!

Vet says this is due to lot of ticks on her, he gave me some liquid to mix in water and rinse on her body and after 2 days frontline her. That will kill ticks. and the places where hair are lost those he said shows some scratching with something. she got fever he gave some anti biotics, i am worried for her as she's not eating.
