WTF??? Having a Bad Day! - Page 1

Does anyone know the user Franz1958 ?

I found the following ad placed here for a female with puppies:

Looks like the same picture flipped and the Mendely Logo has been removed.

I hope no one was taken as I feel this could possibly be a misleading or crooked ad 

um um um um....well i am no photo shop expert however there seem to be some small differences.   One seems a little lighter and you mentioned the word Medley removed.

Very small ... It looks a little long because the picture was larger than mine so I made it smaller, I will put the two together again and make mine the same size.

See this quite a bit, and I have great issue with it.  One I recall, is a breeder of DDR dogs using a pic of Trux v Haus Iris.

The shadow of the head is wrong in the doctored pic, you can see where they have taken part of it out when the name was removed.  Cheating low lifes.

I did not purchase the photo or anything so the photo is not as much the problem to me as the fact that they are making it look like this is a Sch3 titled female with puppies for sale. They may have a female for sale fitting that description, but this is not a picture of her.
 
I would obviously have no problem if they were using the photo to advertise  her offspring or as an example of what the mated pair have produced together in the past, etc...

Alyscha does not have any offspring.

I tried to go to their web site listed on the PDB but it does not pull up as a valid site. I have sent an email to the email address that is linked to the user name. I have not received a response yet. I am hoping this is just a mistake. I would hate to think that a picture of my girl was being used to take advantage of someone.

Alysha's Picture I made in the time she were here for her title.

I immediatly wrote an email to that Franz... to tell him if he do not delete that picture of my female right now, I would contact the lawyer immediatly.
Copyright is copyright and extremly expensive when misstreated.

I hope he will delete it soon. May anybody tells me if this pic will be deletet in the next 2 days please?

Yes, Anke is the person I received the picture of my girl from. I use her picture with Anke's permission.

The ad has now been removed. The owner of the email responded to me that they had been in the hospital and a "friend" had placed the ad/picture up for them... they don't know where the "friend" got the picture from".

Anyway, It is gone and I feel much better now!
