I have an almost 8 month old female GSD. She is currently enrolled in private obedience lessons. After she is done I would like to get her inolved in some type of sport other than Shutzhund, unless she continues to have the drive...we will see on that one. I was considering tracking. How would I know if she has what it takes, and where can she get trained... I live in Fremont CA..............I'm also open to other sports as well.

I would suggest trying out different things and not let someone else train her, then you will find out what she does best.

Any dog can track....its just a matter of you finding the resources to train you and your dog the skill, and then you can track as often and long as you want, to engage your dog.
