Could someone please tell me what an SVV title consists of?  My girl has an SVV2 and I am wondering what it means.  Thank you in advance.

Thanks Ibrahim.  You can't access this particular page through my menus, it's just a shoddy google translation that could use some refinement.

SitasMom, I really don't know exactly, five or fewer?

If you want to know about your dog's title from someone that has actually trained for and attained these titles with their dogs I would contact GSDPack or Prager on here. Both can give you some excellent insight.

Your dog's title is a Slovakian title also, not Czech. It is the same title, though. If it said ZVV it would have been awarded in  Czech Republic.

the only thing completely different is the inclusion of the high beam and the low crawl

minimum age requirements of the dog are 2-4 months younger than schutzhund for each level

the tracks laid are up to 3X "older" than schutzhund's, with 15&20 min. time limits

there are four blinds in the SVV1 as opposed to SchH1's two, and the blind distances vary at each level

the judge dictates the direction and moment you turn in the obedience phase (no set pattern, less predictable)

If you need more precise details or measurements just ask.  Most people couldn't recite the schutzhund reg's so there's probably no need for exact comparison.

since we are on the topic- i guess il show some ignorance here as well with a few questions-

It seem the zvv or svv titles are harder to come by- however what makes this so much more difficult to obtain than schh titles. I have always heard maybe 1-7 dogs are awarded the title of zvv3 a year. but never understood the senn the difference that make it so much more difficult.i know there are a total of 5 dogs that have achieved there PSA3 cert. but i see the difference easily. so where is the true difference between zvv/svv and ipo/schh

also-
other titles i see and dont know-
zop
zzo
zpu
fpr
edd
rpd
vpg
ad
v
cac
cacib
p
ob
pa
fo

and the list goes on-

i have been researching lines for some time and every once in a while come across titles i can figure out or research due to no info online or translation issues.

VPG is also Schutzhund.
Is it ZOP or ZPO? ZPO is a special protection title in Czech.
V in Czech/Slovak is for Vyborny. It is a Czech conformation rating meaning excellent.
V is also a German rating meaning excellent in performance or conformation.
AD is the Schutzhund endurance test.
OB is probably an Obedience title as in OB1 where a dog can be awarded a title in the Schutzhund obedience routine only.
EDD is the dogs elbow dysplasia rating.

I don't know the others.

FO stands for F... Off! (lol)

RPD could be "Rural Protection Dog" meaning if you live out in the country on a dirt road, and a car drives by, your dog will chase after it! (hey you never know?)
