Sid lives in Germany with his owner - Elmar Mannes, who has been an SV judge for a long time. Mr. Mannes has visited USA and Canada on many occasions as a judge and to offer training seminars. Sid is one of the top producing working line dogs as is evident from the shear number of his progeny doing well at the top competitions world-wide. Sid was produced by the Haus Pixner kennel in Austria.

Haus Pixner is a very well respected kennel in Austria with many results from top working competitions to back it up. As far as the dog in question, one of the better working dogs in the world.
As Ajay pointed out his owner is a SV judge, BSP competitor, breeder (Leipheimer Moor kennel name, if memory serves) and one hell of a cool person, with a great beard to boot.

I have a four month old puppy out of Sid. Very very nice dog, bi-color, and nice drives with fabulous nerve. Everyone in club loves him.
