CHANGED? In what way??by myfanwy on 24 March 2010 - 19:03
A Beautiful looking dog their owner (not breeder) and VET should feel ashamed and disgusted with themselves.
It makes me so angry when puppy buyers doing this
I have had this happen twice to me and this was after giving a contract that said they HAD to return the puppy to me if there was any problem and being told again after they had taken the puppy home when I rang and asked how the puppy had settled in their new home.
The puppy buyers only told me there was a problem after putting the dogs to sleep and one was only 5 months.
Sometimes I feel like giving up breeding, then i receive a card or phone call from a happy owner and I pick myself up
At this moment when you think of Zeus please remember the good puppy buyers and the happy puppies still with us.

What in hell is wrong with people? These are PUPPIES! Did these people know what to expect from the beginning? Were they really looking for a lap dog? I just don't understand! How does a 14 month old "CHANGE", and into what? 5 months I can't even wrap my head around...by LilacWolf on 24 March 2010 - 19:03
Absolutely disgusting!!!! if they didn't want him anymore, then why the hell didn't they rehome him to someone who would love him, where they obviously didn't! .........rather than 'kill' him!
and what was going through the vet's mind when he agreed to do this...........pound signs!!

I cannot imagine people would do this without a valid reason?? I do not know of any Vets who put down normal healthy dogs for no reason, was he a biter??

He probably was a little sharp, and needed a firm hand and socialization. How sad. Gorgeous dog.

Kazz, was this a dog of your breeding? If so, I'm terribly sorry for you.
