you can forget importing semen from Germany, unless the breeders defy the SV regulations. But that would mean that you will not be able to register that resulting litter!
So, you will need to look elsewhere or take your female physically to the stud.

I'm sure Sweden allows it, I'm not sure about the Czech and Slovakia.

I am glad this was brought up. I for one did not know that Haus Iris was still around...
