Losing your pet (updated) - Page 1

I have recently viewed a thread on here of someone losing there dog. I do feel for the person, and I hope they find there dog safe and sound. However...how the dog was lost is what bothers me. Letting your dog out to do its business is one thing when you have a fenced yard or something to that nature, but letting your dog out and not having a fenced yard or anything of the sort and just letting it roam free without watching it is a problem. Yea sure your dog visits the neighbors to play with there dog, but thats not okay. If you care about your dog as you do, you shouldn't just let it run around unattended. This is basic stuff for owning any kind of pet. If ur dog isn't trained to stay in the yard..why would you let the dog out and just completely just let it be...at least watch it.

I am not trying to be mean or act like I dont feel for people who have lost there pets...because I do. There are people out there though that will take your dog if its alone just wandering around. Especially if you own really nice looking dogs. If you just let your pet run around the neighborhood your asking for something like that to happen. The people that take other peoples pets are horrible people..but it happens. To prevent these type of things from happening watch your dog or something to that nature. I hate to see people lose there pets from pure stupidity. This is just my two cents...not worth anything, take it as you will...but most will agree if you let your pet just wander your asking for it to be taken or lost.
