I'm no expert by any means and you should def wait for the professionals to chime in, but from what you stated it seems as if she is having a seizure? Eyes rolling back and her not being able to move or control her body are common for a seizure..

Just read this post....I agree...sounds like seizures....
I would take her to a vet...get more bloodwork done....there must be an underlying reason for the seizures.
I would hate to speculate...without having tests done......
Seizures can be a result of many things including.. infections, trauma, cancer, renal failure...just to name a few.

White blood cells high suggests underlying infection.  Speak with the experts, at the vets, and work with them to get it sorted.  There are other causes for fits besides epilepsy, it may just be trauma, more likely infection causing a very high temperature at times and fitting.    I do hope she improves, let us know  Best of Luck.  Mo.

thankyou all those that answered me i have been to the vet again and they will be doing more blood work on her , i did forget to ask my vet this when i got her papers back i found out she was interbreed on the 2nd and 3rd generation does any1 think that could be some of the reason why she could be like this now it was something that did not worry me at the time as she was just brought for a family pet and not to be breed from
