I'm looking at the sieger show results website and some dogs have a * next to the kkl, while others either have 1 or 2. I'm a bit confused by what these results mean?

When you see a "*" in front of the dog's name, it means that he/she is breed surveyed (and if they are surveyed, they also have at least a SchH1 and/or HGH as training title).
At the Sieger Show, some dogs in the young dog classes (18-24 months) are titled and breed surveyed already because they are at the end of age range.
