Thank you for your instructions on registering my gsd's parents.  They are all registered now. Take a look and tell me what you think.

You should add her picture.

Just FYI since you're new here.  Instead of starting multiple threads on the same subject, just go to the bottom of the one already started and just type.  It clogs up the board when so many are started at the same time, on the same subject.  For instance, you could have added your thanks at the end of the one where you asked for advice.  Not scolding, just teaching.  Welcome to the shark infested waters, make sure you're wearing a life jacket.  Seriously, we'd love to see pics of your girl.

Sorry about the multiple threads, thanks for the advice GSD Travels.  I posted a pic of her, tell me what you all think.  On another note, I am a dog groomer and my boss participates in agility trials with her shetland sheepdogs.  I think Halley (Hay-Lee) would be great at agility, but the training classes for it  take place at a time that i am at work.  It is very dissapointing.  So I asked around to some of the people that do agility, If any of them would like to help train her for agility and that I would pay for the classes and trials.  So far no one has offered to help train her.  Am I just being stupid thinking that someone would do that?  I also kind of think that alot of people there that don't own a GSD are scared of them(silly i know).  If anyone knows of a person in the Omaha, NE.  area that would be willing to help please let me know.  Thank a million:)

Pretty girl, glad you were able to add a pic.  She and my boy have some common ancestry about 4 generations back on her dam's side.

As far as getting someone to handle her in agility, I'm sure it's been done but building a relationship with the dog is what's most important.  I don't know that I'd want to hand that to someone else.  See if there are any other classes (besides agility)that would better fit your schedule, or maybe look for another club that has classes you'd be able to attend.  I know there are trainers for schutzhund and show but I have no personal experience with agility.

I have a client at work that has a aussie that was a hard core "chewer" and she couldn't find anything to give her dog to chew on that lasted.  She comes in one day and was soooo excited, she found a chew toy that lasted.  Deer Antlers!! So I was coming home from work one day and in the driveway was a small deer antler.  It was just laying there.  Keep in mind that I live on 40 acres in east jesus no where, so there are alot of deer around.  So I brought it inside and gave it to Halley and she loves it and it has lasted 4 weeks now and she has barely put a dent in it.  You do have to saw off the sharp-ish points with a table saw, but other than that it's great.  I did call my vet and he said there is nothing wrong, health wise, with giving it to her.  I can't beleive I didn't catch on to this sooner.
