as another person that got ripped of for the 2009 trip to Germany via Carrier & Cox, please note that I have a Small Claims Court case against them in February
Any additional Information you can supply me would be most gratefull
I was told that I would be refunded when the Hotel refunded their Deposit but have not seen a penny but have been offerd 50% back when she gets a job!!! whenever that might be

I have Irene`s Address on Court Order

What I really need is info as to what you were told when the trip was cancelled,
why you have not been repaid and excuse given

We were told She was waiting for the refund from the Hotel Deposit
and that the trip was cancelled thro lack of interest (only 10 people applied)

Anyone wishing to book a "trip" to thje Sieger show should contact Fred Lanting, retired SV judge. I have never heard of anyone dissatisfied with his trips.
