Not sure I understand Does this mean 54% of GSDs; will get DM? I hope not,

Hi,
No that means that 54% of the 408 dogs tested were abnormal and 21% of the 408 were at risk.
If you search DM test on this site you will find threads about or that question the validity of the OFA DM test.

Not that "will" get it, but have the genetic predisposition to get it. If the test is correct.
