Hi,
I have a friend who wants to buy one or two male puppies, One for himself and possibly another for his sister. He found his breeder and the stud and made the contact. Puppies age is only three weeks.Breeder is in another country and knows very little English and there is difficulty in communication. She sent him pictures but he is confused what puppy to choose, breeder does not help in choosing saying puppies are all good and their age does not help her in choosing for him, she is giving him the previlage to choose but he has to make up his mind today as other buyers are in que.
She advised him to ask for help from others, so she does not mind others giving advice. He approached me and here I am approaching you.
Here are the facts:
No. of available male puppies is 4 and all are sable, marked with ribbons (Green, yellow, orange and blue). From pictures received I
eliminated the yellow as being light colored.
Blue, orange and green are dark colored.
Orange and green are biggest heads and weight at birth, same till now
Blue is the biggest weight gainer in three weeks
Green shows steady gain weight in three weeks
Orange was heavies at birth but showed slow weight gain in first two weeks, but excellent weight gain in 3rd week
here is the weight chart:
Puppy color wt. at birth (gms) 1st week 2nd week 3rd week
Green 600 1040 1450 2620
Orange 648 1048 1400 2650
Blue 540 1015 1385 2600
Yellow 520 1010 1390 2500
Red (female) 480 985 1320 2450
Based on above info and puppies present status what would be your first choice and then 2nd choice?

And what do you want to do with the pup as far as training? Show or work.
Always,

My friend is buying, not me, I myself have no more space for dogs right now.

Seems to me that weight and color are weird reasons to choose a puppy. Do those things somehow indicate to you health and temperament? I mean, it's possible that they do, I am just asking.

Your friends needs to wait until pups are about 6 weeks and make his decision at that time, based on photos displaying structure and video displaying temperment and drives. This is way, way too young to make an educated decision on which pup is best for him.

I will see if he can just pay advance payment and choose later.

Ibrahim, just in case your friend is told "no", I would be VERY wary of any breeder insisting a buyer choose a pup at this age. A good breeder knows this is WAY too young to decide if a puppy and prospective buyer are a good match.
