I have been waiting nearly a year for a replacement pup or a refund of $1,000.00 dollar cashiers check 105643 sent to her on October the 7th ,2008.
I have not heard a word from her since I returned a puppy that was nothing as she described. With the exception she had recieved the puppy and she was doing fine. She said in her e-mail at that time that she would return the money as soon as she sold a puppy.
I have not been contacted since and she will not respond to phone calls or e-mails.
That's a total of eleven months and counting !
Do yourself a favor go elsewhere for your next puppy.

If everyone knew, why not have the decency to inform others?
At least the general topics board found it to be inlightning.
Well if nothing else comes out of it at least 1,200 people will read it. They in turn will tell at least 2,400 people and so on.
I have at least saved 10 people from making the same assumption as I did.
Thinking Marlene would conduct her business properly and ethically was obviously expecting to much.

Hows the world treating you these days? The crew is doing good, wife kids and dogs all doing fine.
Same old same with Marlene can't get the woman to even be curtious enough to respond to a phone call. Pretty hard to resolve something when your not able to get a word out of the person that screwed you.
Can't even find out if they had a smoke afterwords.
I would be a whole lot madder if I was the only one. Come to find out I'm just one of a long list of people that have been burned. Several have been taken for a lot more then me.
Knowing she re-sold the puppy and 7 more and did not send a dime made it clear she was going to ignore me as long as she can.
She just does not know how tinatious I am.

On a sad note, the dogs were going nuts when I got there, hard to leave them behind once again. Sure do miss them

It's like carrying a lot of extra weight around. Get it resolved and you feel like you lost 50# of dead weight. Maybe a couple hundred in his case.
I hope you get it resolved soon.

Mahon, sorry you were taken, but I have seen the pics of Bossy she is a beauty, gald you were able to get what you were looking for. I think with the econimc times ahead of us, you are going to see more buyers taken for rides so unless you are prepared to go get you pup/dog and then hand over your hard earned cash, you better look at it as a donation. As people get desperate, they will be doing desperate things, Actually pretty stupid, cutting their nose off, this world is to small and word gets out sooner or later. Did I understand you right, she sold the same pup 7 times?
