I have recently seen some collars & leads brought back from the sieger show and I would like to purchase some, does anyone know where they can be purchased. They are the absolute best collars and leads I have ever seen.

dogshome2,
if you really think that these products are superior why not order them directly from the source?
www.hund-sport-shop.de/epages/61791101.sf/de_DE/
I have ordered products from Germany regularly in the past. You would just pay customs (depending on the amount).
Talking about collars, I just bought two Sprenger collars in Germany for an outrageous amount (at least in my opinion). These new scoop collars have an additional metal loop and make your dog hold up his head. I saw them at a show and was intrigued. These are new and are permitted to be used in the show ring.

Chris,

Do you by any chance have a website for the shop you found the "scoop collars"?

Best,

Heather

Heather,
I went to the manufacturer's website but I could not find this particular collar. www.sprenger.de
You could either send them an email and ask who they made this particular collar for (the website states that they do custom orders if the quantity is at least 100) or check with O.G. Castrop-Rauxel who their one and only vendor was at their show on Sunday, September 27.
I will take a photo of the collar tomorrow and email it to you. We wanted to do some show training anyway.

dogshome,
funny, I just returned from Kassel, my old hometown. This is where that store is located, hence their name KlinKassel!  I have never been at that place, but I certainly know where the street "Entenanger" is.
Anyway, if you wish to call them, you will find the phone number under "Impressum". If you are in the U.S., you dial 01149-561-9415683. They are 6 hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time.
If you wish to send them an email, go under "Kontakt" and fill that form out - Absender (Sender Name), EMail Adresse (your email addie), Betreff (Subject), Nachricht (Message).
Hope that helps.
Regards, Chris

How long have you been waiting to ask that question YR?

While on holidays a few years ago we visited a theme park displaying early Austrialian lifstyle (you know the kind of things one does while on holiday especialy when you have the grandchildren with you) and that is a bullock team hauling timber. They also had a saw mill, old farm machinery (they kept the males of the family happy) and working sheep and cattle dogs (that was what interested me). In all something for everyone.
