No need to go to the vet. Stress is a big factor when you transfer them from one place to another. Especially at that age.
Depending how your female lives now, it can add another factor. My dogs live in a true pack (5 or more dogs with a true alpha male and female) this keeps the younger females from going into heat early.
My females NEVER go in heat until 14 months of age. I have one now which is 18 months and still has not gone in heat.
Also i hope you do not intend to breed her already? No female ought to be bred until 2.5 yrs and up

no i dont want to breed her but i was wrried is she ok! i bought one gsd male yesterday! but they bohat are barking at each other! and they want to bite each other :S whole night they barked! they are in seprate cages but when i guess if they got chance they bite each other! my female is very friendly but she dont like him i guess!
