last month i bought a new gsd female ! the people at kennel told me that she will come in season/heat in one months as she is 9 months old! now i had her for more then 2 months but she did not came in season!  should i take her to vet!

No need to go to the vet. Stress is a big factor when you transfer them from one place to another. Especially at that age.

Depending how your female lives now, it can add another factor.   My dogs live in a true pack (5 or more dogs with a true alpha male and female) this keeps the younger females from going into heat early.

My females NEVER go in heat until 14 months of age.  I have one now which is 18 months and still has not gone in heat.

Also i hope you do not intend to breed her already?   No female ought to be bred until 2.5 yrs and up
