Ursus Von batu in Each Pedigree(why?)

Why is it that Ursus Von Batu is in about nearly each German showline do's pedigree somewhere in the generation?

Is he important for the German showline dog's or what?

Can someone please explain

Ursus was one of Germany's top producers....

Yes, he was a top producer and used a lot, he does appear in many pedigrees. But of this years 9 VA males 4 of them do not have Ursus, so there are alternatives......

Not only was Ursus a top producer and extensively used, but so was his son 2 x sieger Yasko (among others) which helps to increase the number of times Ursus appears in a pedigree. I think the same may well happen now with Vegas he has been so popular with breeders and has several highly rated sons to follow him....
