Can anyone tell me when the next UK Breed survey is? or when the future ones are taking place - one down South would be good.

Im down in the South and would ideally like a survey within a couple of hours drive.

Can someone actually explainh to me what a breed survey is? Please. I could really do with this help.

A breed survey is basically where a dog is put in front of a judge and all the aspects of his/her's conformation is examined and graded such as: coat, dentition, movement, tail carriage, temprement & steadiness to gunshot and so on. Then the dog is given an overall grade. Documents such as pedigree certificates and health test documents must be presented at the survey. The entire survey conducted on your dog will determine whether he/she is suitable for breeding.

Please correct on any part that I am wrong about or add anything that I haven't included.
