11 week old puppy - Page 1

Here are some more photos of Asgard taken a week ago when he was 11 weeks old:

Now he's on a raw diet and weighs 28 lb.
He's active, playful and loves to wrestle with the big dogs. He likes to chase balls and is great at tug o'war.  It looks like he's going to be a good schutzhund dog.

We're going to start tracking training very soon but I can't stop thinking that later I'll need to join a schutzhund club where we can do protection work. I live in Brooklyn, NY. Can you recommend a good nearby club?

Well I am not one of the experts but my layman's opinion is - what a gorgeous dog!  Good luck with him. :)

 I knew that puppy face looked familiar to me.  We have a 5 year old female from Krafterk (we got her at 8 weeks).  Her sire happens to be Rabauke.  Your pups mom, Elya's sire is also Rabauke.  That would explain why they look so similar.  If you are interested, I can email you pics of our female, Neika, as a pup and as she is now.  We were so pleased with her, that we got a second GSD from Kraftwerk, a male this time.  He is now 18 months old (we also got him at 8 weeks) and also an amazing dog.  His sire is Ursus and is solid black.  My husband is doing Schutzhund with him and should be ready for BH in our November trial.    I hope to hear back from you.  Good Luck with your puppy!.....Rita
