Hi.
Got a lot of rabbits or geese your pup could be 'cleaning up' after ?  Frequent cause of green and icky looking teeth, fortunately it cleans off, it's not plaque.

Plaque and tartar create a buildup on a dog's teeth of green, gray or yellow matter. Plaque is the result of the presence of food particles and bacteria that reside on the teeth. Tartar occurs when minerals in water and saliva mix with the plaque and calcify on the teeth. Plaque is easier to remove than tartar. A significant amount of plaque and tartar buildup on a dog's teeth can cause painful and inflamed gums, disease and bad breath.

Maybe a large raw meaty bone would also help?

 Owner edit
thanks everyone for advice .
i just found it strange for such a young dog ( and supposedly ) an " excellent breeder " to charge a large amount of money for this pup, who looked extremely thin, was not trained in obedience or crate trained, nor house trained either.
she was extremely sweet, however, was returned , because , unfortunately, ....we think that she was not the pedigree the breeder claimed her to be.
no papers were exchanged, no contract..........nothing.
it was probably a sham...........BYB..and always the poor dogs seem to end up in miserable conditions, when it should be the breeder who ends up in a crate !!!!
sorry................but true........i will not mention the name of the kennel, but i fear i was not the first sucker.
....aaarrgghh.....our poor shepherds !
