I have a kennel to operate with 12 dogs (including the rescued dogs) a full time job and am moving. Then I have to deal with this. I'm not going to let you get away with what you did.
I think you sold the original black puppy that I wanted to someone else and you found a black puppy full of hookworm somewhere, maybe in a shelter and I will investigate that next...and sent it to me. So then would make around 4 grand for one original puppy and one mutt you got for free or next to nothing.
Anyone can look on the database on this website and see the progeny of Jago Jipo Me and tell that this pup did not come from this sire, or the dam Bryta z Akinej nadeje. This pup does not resemble either of these dogs in any way.
You would like people to believe that I am some idiot and that's apparently what you thought while you were both undoubtably laughing your way to the bank as you shipped this puppy.
The truth will come out, so I implore you once more to come clean or there could be serious consequences.
To the person who said they had seen the black pup I have, did it look like th pup in any of these photos? Didn't you notice when you saw it that it was half the size of the others in the litter if it is in fact, the same pup? You would have had to notice its small size.
To the person who said they hope they would be lucky enough if Alpine K9 would sell them a dog....all you need honey is 2 grand in cash and you get a dog. It may not be the dog you wanted.....as in my case, but you will get a dog, some sort of dog if you have 2 grand in CASH and they only accept CASH. No questions asked, they didn't care who I was or where the dog was going or how it would live, NO QUESTIONS ASKED....just demanded CASH.
The sad part is I bought the dog to breed with a female from the Lord von Gleisdreieck line. We had owned a wonderful male from the Pohranicni Straze line x Gleisdreieck. His name was Max (photo posted)and he died 2 years ago. It was a very happy thought that we would get another PS dog. Instead, this is what we got.

He does that.
You send the puppy back.
You get your money back.
Go your own way.
How STUPID do you have to be not to recognize this solution? My God you're the idiot in the equation.

What is it that you want exactly and what are you hoping to gain by taking the matter to court? If anything I would think that you have more to lose than the seller, you have claimed that the dog is stupid and that you crate it all day. That's no way to treat a dog. Or any animal. It is not the fault of the dog yet that is who is being punished. Send the dog back to the seller so that he can sell/give the dog to someone who will give it the love it deserves. The longer you keep it and isolate it the harder it will be for the dog to socialize and rehabilitate and have any chance of living a good life. You will be the only one to blame for that.

At this point she is simply coming off as a bitter idiot. If the dog is that much trouble, I would have the money put in escrow and be shipping it back to the breeder toot sweet.

I find it really funny that she can't kill hookworms over 2+ months, yet it would take joe blow 3 days with a proper dosage of Panacur/Safeguard which they sell in packets over the counter at most pet stores. http://www.intervetusa.com/products/130_19107_2/productdetails_130_113877.aspx

Its a pretty sad day when you love the bloodlines so much , yet hate what you have. I feel sorry for the dog, its abusive for you to keep such an unwanted dog there - don't you think he KNOWs you don't want him ??

I think Hans has done more than enough to offer you your money back because he honors his health and other warranties.
If I am not satisfied with my pup and I would take that offer if I were you and let this thing go.... It's better for you and better for Hans.
I don't see the reason why you should keep arguing and fighting your way through.
Don't you think? Take care!

If you are so sure this puppy is not out of the litter you think, why not DNA him?
From the pictures I've seen, I think he's a cutie, offer still stands, if you don't want him, I'd be happy to take him off your hands:)

"all I wanted was to purchase a male German Shepherd dog from the Pohranicni Straze bloodline for breeding. What I received is a miniature mixed-breed something that has no registration, no pedigree and can't be bred and if you produce a registration for the puppy and he is not purebred and I would breed him, I would be in big trouble with the AKC."
It is not as if PS bloodlines are such a rare commodity in the US that Alpine K9 has a monopoly on its existence. There are other sources...

What I see here may be a mediocre Working Lines breeder looking to make a name for itself by tarnishing another breeder's well regarded reputation.
Luckily, Hans has sold many and has a lot of satisfied customers wo have come forth to shed some light on the spurious accusations that seem to seek to extort a free dog from him. This would be essentially a small-claims-court case and Hans has already offered the remedy the courts would offer in the most rosy scenario. If the OP were to try to drag this into criminal court as a fraud, she'd get shot down as Hans should be able to provide DNA proof on the puppy's breeding. That she has not turned this in to the local LEO's for prosecution is telling.
IMPO, if the OP is not happy with her purchase, there is an offer on the table to provide her relief and she can go and get a pup of her choice from a breeder more to her liking. I for one, would not sell her a pup under any circumstance.
