He's at McFarland, a small shelter 30 min. north of Bakersfield. The shelter is run by the police department. They do not have an animal control officer, volunteers or an active placement program, so they need help! Currently, they hold a dog 10 days and if they need the space, they must euthanize. They have asked for help getting these dogs rescued.
