Does eating eggs increase hair fall in GSD....?????

You mean shedding?
I don't see why it would, unless the dog was allergic to eggs. I suppose if the dog was already consuming a significant amount of Omega 6s in its diet, adding eggs which are liable to also be loaded with Omega 6s, might cause some issues, if you weren't supplementing with Omega 3s to maintain the balance.
Its summertime. Dogs are shedding. Unless the dog is itching miserably, has smelly, gunky ears or otherwise has signs of allergen exposure, I'd just assume that dogs shed when it gets warm.

My dogs get two eggs a week and they have beautiful coats, healthy skin and they don't shed much at all. My holistic vet said they shouldn't have more than two eggs a week. I am sure others may disagree that giving more is ok and I can't say they are wrong, but 2 a week seems to be working for my dogs.
I should add that my dogs also eat a raw diet and I supplement with Alaskan Salmon oil, digestive enzymes, probiotic, kelp and some herbs.
