Does anyone know if the USA team has been picked for the 2010 WUSV in Seville?

Half the team is selected from the WDA Ch. I don't recall which orgganization sends three this year and which two, but I "think" the top two placers in the WDA are definitely on the team and the 3rd is either on the tea or an alternate.
USA also sends a team to the FCI Championship, as well.
