What do the dog doctors say about this problem? Have you taken the dog to the vet with some loose "stole" (stool is the word in English)? If not, you must do this immediately. Is the stool mostly water or not? The dog may have worms or an infection. What do you feed the dog? Where does the dog sleep? Does the dog stay always in the same area outside? If yes, maybe he gets sick again from the dirt that has worms or other parasites in it. Try to tell us more information and we try to help. Where did you get this dog?

OK, you are in Pakistan. There are other people who have German Shepherds in PAkistan. Can you find some who know about the dogs and could help you?
If the dog was better when he got medicine, you must go back to the Vet again and get some help. The dog may well be infected again. That is easy to happen. Maybe he needs more medicine for a longer time. What was the medicine? Ask your vet for help and more medicine. Also, feed your dog small amounts of food, two or three times a day and not in big amounts at one time. Also, do you have some food called yogurt in your country? That might help too. If the dog was sick when he came, he probably does have an infection. There are parasites that make dogs ill and have loose stool. How long have you had the pup?
