I WANT THIS POST DELETED, AS THE OPIC HAS ALREADY BEEN DISCUSSED, AD NO-ONE ELSE SEEMS TO WANT TO DISCUSS IT ANYMORE
by bazza on 07 December 2009 - 18:12
Hamza, as a 13 year old with no gsd of your own you sure are very opinionated on others dogs. I have been trying my best to avoid your numerous threads but this one i can't. There is absolutely NO ROACH in the gsd puppys' back pictured, i see a rough coat over the back but no roach. Far from ugly either, imo. As for the top photo, American lines are not my bag, but they are someones and for you to call them UGLY is out of order. This subject " UGLY DOGS" has been discussed recently and is done and dusted, are you so bored you need to bring it back again? For someone who would not be here for a while as they had exams to study for, you're doing not bad, 3 threads started today alone. Once again please try and THINK before you type. I do hope no one contribetes to this thread with any more pictures, but no doubt there will be some, sadly!!!!

Baaza, i shudder, whenever i see your name, on the latest replies. No offence though. I know that there has been a thre. I just wanted to see if anyone had any more, which they could put up. Plus what i think of those dogs, is what i think, it's my opinion, you can;t or you cant make me change it. My opinion on those dogs, is like that of yours of David Payne. Some agree with wat you think of him, some don't agree what you think about him, however they cant change your opinion can they?

Hamza
I don't like to put down any dogs. Why would you encouradge people to trash dogs?
I do not get it!
One of the best dogs I ever owned made Dargo hajada look like a beauty king! Missing some teeth and very female like looking.. that dog had mor apprehensions that any other dog I have ever owned..
He was a GSD out of Czech dogs and some kinda back yard wonder.. still a GSD but who knows. Hell I dont like bashing and I just did that to my own dog... hehe he was THE DOG without looking very good..... The dogs you are calling ugly are someone elses dodgs. Respect at least that much.
Thank you

Bazza, I agree with you. And Hamza you are one I hate to see posts by. You add nothing but negativity to every post you make. Sometimes it is a lot better not to speak and to listen and LEARN.
I like the looks of the puppy you posted. I fail to see where the roach is though. Yes it has its faults but don't all dogs?
Since you are the expert show us your dog. Oh you don't have one? Then let other peoples' dogs rest.......................

I just spotted this and I really should refrain but I find this type of thread angers me.
Hamza166, you have been told time and time again by many, many people on this site to look, learn and listen (this one being the most important) and here we find you up to your old tricks again. No wonder people are getting angry about your in-nane and to be perfectly honest, downright rude postings.
You have NO experience, No dog, have been to one show where you only saw a couple of GSDs for a second and they were of the Alsatian type......who do you think you are coming on this board and posting rude comments about other peoples dogs. Yes I know this does go on here, but the people who are making these comments have years of experience behind them which they can back up their statements with. (I am not agreeing that people come on here to slate other peoples dogs, I personally think that is low) but YOU have absolutely NO right.
You even slate a dog on a roach back when I, like others can see no problem there.
I thought for a little while there that you had started to heed what everyone, including myself was trying to tell you but no you definately have not.
I think that you have shown your true colours and are quite a horrible, rude and disrespectful child who does not even deserve to be taken any notice of from now on.
If I was your Father there is no way I would allow you to display the lack of respect you have shown towards people on this board.

HAMZA,my dear boy ,oh what are you thinking.this is not a very nice thread..IS IT ?????.I agree with every one else, who are you to critize these animals.the puppy DOES NOT HAVE A ROACH BACK AND THAT IS COMING FROM A GERMANIC PERSON.A roach back is one that is higher than the withers. If i was you i would delete this thread and concentrate on your studies for your exams and go to many shows and listen and learn, and also have some respect for others animals or you might find yourself in some hot water.Carole Spelman.Rheinmeister GSDS.

Hamza, we should not bring up and throw salt on still open ulcers in between two guys, what for!, let us always drive towards friendly relation inbetween all of us on this forum. Personally I believe bazza has a point here and he was gentle enough in addressing you. Think of it a little and I know you have a reasonable judgement afterall. I will share in your future posts.

Yikes, what if you find MY dog in the database? She's been called ugly before, but not usually in public.

I think most of these "ugly" dogs are also just really bad stacks! OK I'm no fan of Am lines, but I could make any of my dogs look similar to that Am line dog if I overstretched the rear, pulled the right leg all the way forward onto the hock, and was basically stringing the dog's head up with the collar. He doesn't even have his left forepaw on the ground. The puppy is posting and also slightly overstretched. I do not see this horrible roach though. Just critiquing stacks, not dogs. I don't like to critique dogs unless it is asked or the dog is in an ad (then I think it's fair).
Likewise, I've posted a few dogs in the "eye catcher thread" and then found other photos of stacks that make them not as appealing to me, make me wonder if I would have still picked that dog as an "eye catcher" (just based on first glance, not what I know about the dog).
One of the worst stacks I've seen of one of my own dogs was done by the sire's breeder who is also a judge! So all this "ugly" business really depends on the stack and what each of us prefers to see in a single two-dimensional picture.
