I have one male ( 9 yrs) we have trained in FR, 1 female ( just started- 1 week on puppy tug, next moved to puppy sleeve, 3rd on interm. sleeve) great drive full bites, 1 9 week pupy. It is hard to find a place to trail French Ring. I was thinking of training in Sch. could anyone tell me if there are any people in my area for when they are ready to trail? I am in Grand Rapids Mi. I have a group of people I work with but we are not affil. with any group to be able to trial. Please let me know. Email at lvmygsd@charter.net

It's a cool sport and we started our 4 year old male in it, but not enough trainers and trials in the US, unless you don't mind traveling from coast to coast all year long. We also enjoy Mondio quite a bit and have a great group not to far from us, but again not many trials unless you want to hit the road. I'm sticking to Sch for several reasons but one being how accessible it can be in comparison to some of the other venues.

Check the USA site (germanshepherddog.com) and click on the club list, then "Mid-East Region" to find a sch club in your area.

Also, check WDA (gsdca-wda.org) for a  WDA club in your area.

You might also want to check DVG's site (dvgamerica.com) for clubs, too.
