Hi jettasmom,
You are doing a fantastic job with Malachai.  I enjoyed the OB exercise recently and your young pup has quite a talent for nosework too.  You mentioned that you would like to have a solid foundation before winter kicks in.  Does it mean that you will not be doing any tracking with the pup until after the season?

I do not track with snow on the ground, makes the dogs use their eys and not their nose, I want my dogs head down and nose deep. Just my way of doing it, others have a diff opinion and that is fine.
