There are so many things wrong with this....13 months old and already has had a litter.
What do you guys think...and does anyone know this guy that is doing this.

I didn't know that there was a..."walkingline" German Shepherd out there. Either that was a bad typo or he is extremely uneducated. I just sent him a pretty good PM.

Just called the guy on the phone and he says that he has 15 GSD's. That is not including the pups. I would be willing to bet money that he is not taking care of these dogs right. He said that he is going to call me back I offered him 500 for 3 dogs. I figured i can help get some out of there get em fixed and placed with a good family. Ladyfrost what do you think about this one.

JWalker...not much...the 3 you will remove will just be replaced by pups and new litters....she is a pretty dog...
However placing dogs especially if they are unsocialized is hard...

This crap ticks me off. You are so right. By giving him money he will just use it to fund his operation.

But you would just want to get this poor girl out of that hellhole she lives in. Poor girl. I understand the sentiment about rescuing them and I understand he will just do it all over again.

I guess it would be better to find out where he is etc and try and get the animal welfare people/GSD rescue people in the area alerted.
